Our client is a leading plastic injection moulder for medical components, specialized in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Lab Equipment, Spectacles and many other products.

Job Description:

4.1 Responsible for organizing and managing the overall implementation of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems in ZPC.

4.2 Responsible for organizing and managing the department function

4.3 Communicate and report matters related to product quality issues with customers and ZPC's Management.

4.4 Communicate and report matters related to environmental issues with local councils representative and ZPC's Management.

4.5 Responsible for coordinating the ZPC's Management Review activities.

4.6 Responsible for coordinating the ZPC's Internal Audit activities.

4.7 Responsible for coordinating the System Audit by Certification Body.

4.8 Coordination of Customer Audit activities.

4.9 Ensure the promotion of GR&R and SPC methodology.

4.10 Attend to customer on quality issues, develop in-house improvement program and ensuring cost effectiveness.

4.11 Perform other assigned duties by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

6.1 Preferably a Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

6.2 Minimum 3 years experience in-charge of QA or QC Dept.

6.3 Able to conduct audit (eg. Line process, Company system audit etc) and knowledgeable in plastic injection moulding process.

6.4 Experienced as Management Representative

6.5 Preferably working experience experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO13485 and advantage for TS16949

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
