Reporting To: HRD Manager

What You’ll Do

· Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

· Develop recruitment strategies and source candidates through job portals, universities, social media, and networking.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

· Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

· Organize career fairs and campus recruitment activities.

· Develop partnerships with universities and training institutions.

· Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.

· Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

· Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

· Ensure recruitment process compliance with Employment Act and PDPA.

What You Need

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Manufacturing recruitment experience is an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Strong communication, interviewing, networking, organisation, analytical thinking, integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
