Perform the full spectrum of HR activities in including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations and Employee Relations.
Responsible for compliance of all statutory requirements; EPF, LHDN, Socso and liaising with Government Agencies on any relevant matters.
Responsible for all HR documentations and administrations.
Responsible in the handling and dealing with Industrial Relations issues that included employee counseling, misconduct investigation, disciplinary handling and Domestic Inquiry.
Managing all office operations including maintaining office supplies, equipment & handles office administrative work, all company car licenses & road tax and related insurance renewal.
Responsible to brief new reporting staff on company’s policies & procedures and able to conduct training is an added advantage.
Responsible to handle Foreign Workers and Hostel staff accommodation issues.
To perform other duties as assigned by superior from time-to-time.
Requirements:
Possess a least a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Studies/ Administrations.
Matured and have a problem solving skills.
Must be computer literate & good communication & writing skill.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
