PURPOSE

To coordinate and ensure the accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders from order receipt through picking, packing, dispatch and delivery, while maintaining proper documentation, inventory accuracy and service standards.

The role serves as a key coordination point between Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, Finance and logistics providers to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and customer requirements are met.

DUTIES & EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Order Fulfilment & Processing a) Receive and verify confirmed customer orders.
b) Check product, quantity, delivery details and required documentation.
c) Coordinate order preparation with Warehouse.
d) Monitor orders from confirmation through dispatch.
Accurate order processing.
Orders prepared within agreed timeline.
Minimize order errors and delays.

Delivery & Order Tracking a) Monitor delivery status and follow up on outstanding shipments.
b) Identify delays, failed deliveries or discrepancies.
c) Escalate delivery issues promptly.
d) Maintain appropriate delivery records and proof of delivery.

Inventory Coordination a) Verify stock availability before fulfilment.
b) Coordinate stock discrepancies with Warehouse and CS.
c) Highlight low-stock or unavailable items affecting customer orders.
d) Support periodic inventory reconciliation where required.

Customer Service Support a) Provide CS with accurate order and delivery status.
b) Assist with urgent customer delivery requirements.
c) Coordinate returns, rejected deliveries and replacement orders.
d) Support resolution of fulfilment-related complaints.

Sales Team Support a) Coordinate with Sales Representatives on customer order and delivery requirements.
b) Provide updates on order status, stock availability and delivery issues.
c) Escalate unusual or urgent requirements appropriately.

Returns & Reverse Logistics a) Coordinate product returns according to Company procedures.
b) Ensure returned items are properly documented.
c) Coordinate with Warehouse/CS on returned stock status.
d) Maintain traceability of returned goods

Pay: RM1,577.08 - RM5,777.95 per month
