Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly professional and reliable driver to provide dedicated transportation services to the CEO. The ideal candidate must ensure safety, punctuality, discretion, and a high level of service at all times.

Company Driver:

• Safely transport the CEO to meetings, events, airport transfers, and other destinations
• Plan routes and ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic and weather conditions
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company and personal matters
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes)
• Coordinate schedules and be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Assist with loading/unloading items when required
• Run personal or business-related errands as instructed
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Office Work

• Perform daily office errands, such as collecting and distributing mail, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering items when needed.
• Handle simple clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing documents, and organizing files.
• Support staff in moving office equipment, handling deliveries, and organizing office spaces.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a personal or executive driver (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality
• Punctual, disciplined, and well-organized
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours
• Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Driving: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Bahasa (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
