• Plan, Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods
• Utilize efficiently the space, ensure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
• Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy
• Daily stock-take and stock balance report for Finished Good
• Finish Good Loading Record (Provide Batch Number and arrange for loading)
• Finish good packing arrangement for Local, Export and Branch transfer (FIFO applied)
• Supervise Warehouse workers duty
• Planning of warehouse manpower arrangement While Executive is on leave
• Responsible to check and verified on all returns by customer
• Ensure arrange to load all the export container before the haul back time given.
• Key in CN data at WMS before transfer to repacking
• Weekly MRB report for Operation Manager once CN checked by QC
• Key in daily sales CN to WMS
• Update rack lists every day.
• Update the daily container details in the Excel sheet provided by the superior.
• Check on packing plan which given by packing PIC to make sure they produce the stock as the date given in the packing plan.
• Key in workers OT record to excel.
• Any others duties assign by superior or Head of Department

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong inventory management and stock control skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and FIFO practices.
• Ability to coordinate shipment schedules and logistics arrangements.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and team supervision abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
