• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Materials, Polymer, or Manufacturing Engineering
• At least 5+ years in process engineer working experience (experience in thermal, polymer, rubber, or silicone processes preferred).
• Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking equipment suppliers, read technical machinery manuals, and communicate with overseas engineering teams in China/Taiwan
• Knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Lean/Six Sigma,AutoCAD, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Provide daily engineering support for thermal manufacturing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality compliance.
• Analyze production data to reduce waste, improve yield, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain SOPs, PFMEAs, and Control Plans while supporting APQP, product launches, and process validation.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives, automation projects, and equipment improvements.
