Key Responsibilities

• Planning for Semi-Finish and Finish Good to production based on Order and Delivery Date.
• Create / Release Job order to Manufacturing to meet Manufacturing Schedule.
• Create / Release Material Requisition Note to Warehouse for Production run.
• Monitor, communicate and negotiate schedules with production personnels, recommending alternatives should capacity conflicts arise.
• Day to day communication with other functional departments regarding schedule changes or conflicts as they affect delivery schedules.
• Key in data Production Job Order daily.
• Assist all Department regarding Material request.
• Assist Department for ISO Audit
• To perform task given by HOD

Minimum Job Requirements

Education: Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree or relevant qualifications.

Preferred: Associate or Degree in:

• Supply Chain Management
• Manufacturing System
• Operations Management

Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word and Power Point.

Other Requirements

• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Environment
• Highly self-discipline, Independent and ability to multitask.
• Good organizational and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
