Location: IOI Boulevard, Puchong (Just a 2-minute walk from IOI Puchong Jaya LRT Station)
Salary Range: Up to RM2,700.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback regarding our products and services
• Provide accurate information to customers and internal support teams
• Effectively resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate departments when needed
• Ensure timely follow-ups while maintaining high service quality
• Uphold professionalism and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction

Who Should Apply?

• Fresh graduates, individuals who are unemployed, or those recently retrenched are highly encouraged to apply
• Candidates with at least 1 year of customer service experience will have an added advantage
• On-the-job training will be provided
• 12-month contract with strong potential for permanent placement
