Visionary Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Key Account Executive to join our growing team. This position is suitable for someone who is customer-focused, results-driven and passionate about building strong long-term relationships with key clients while driving business growth.

Job Description:

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell the company's products to existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and retailers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Customer Relationship

• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide product solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Merchandising & Promotion

• Ensure products are well displayed at retail outlets.
• Support marketing activities, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product availability and provide market feedback to the team.

Sales Reporting

• Prepare basic sales reports and provide updates on customer activities.
• Monitor customer orders, deliveries and payment status.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with a passion for sales and customer engagement are welcome, even without prior experience.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
