We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills. In this role, you will be the bridge between clients and influencers, ensuring the smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns and sampling review programs. You'll manage day-to-day communications, proposal, campaign coordination, and reporting - all while keeping a keen eye on timelines, deliverables, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing:

1. Assist in the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu YouTube, etc.)
2. Coordinate with influencers: outreach, onboarding, content briefing, timeline management, and approvals.
3. Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely content delivery and posting.
4. Review and validate influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
5. Track and report on KPI's such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and sentiment.
6. Build and maintain client relationships.
7. Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or with 1 year of working experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
