Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan and manage daily site activities to meet timelines and keep materials and labour organised.
• Monitor progress, keep simple site records, and report delays or costs to the office promptly.

Team & Safety

• Supervise and coordinate small crews and subcontractors, assign tasks, and check workmanship regularly.
• Enforce site safety and PPE rules, run brief safety talks, and keep the site tidy.

Quality & Handover

• Inspect work against drawings and specifications, note defects, and follow up on corrections.
• Prepare basic handover checklists and support client walkthroughs to close projects cleanly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of on-site supervision or related construction experience.
• Trade certificate, diploma, or relevant industry training is preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to read basic drawings and carry out measurements for site tasks.
• Familiarity with construction materials, standard tools, and basic site safety practices.
• Comfortable with simple reporting using mobile notes or basic spreadsheets.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can lead small teams and coordinate multiple tasks under pressure.
