Responsibilities

Product Development

• Write, test, and maintain code for new features and minor product enhancements using our tech stack.
• Collaborate with product to translate requirements into technical tasks and deliverables. 
• Perform system troubleshooting and rectify programming bugs. 
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking ability.

Quality & Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards to keep our codebase healthy.
• Write unit tests and help debug issues to reduce production incidents.

Operational Support

• Assist with deployments, monitor application health, and respond to basic incidents with guidance from senior engineers.
• Document implementation details and runbooks so the team can operate services reliably.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• A final-year student is required, with a minimum of 4 months of the internship are welcome.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Adobe Coldfusion or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Web Application Development, REST APIs, relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), and version control with Git.
• Basic understanding of unit testing and debugging tools, plus exposure to cloud or container concepts is a plus.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who asks questions and explains technical ideas in plain language.
• Curious and coachable, willing to learn from peers and improve through feedback.
• Reliable team player who takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion.
