Role Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Assistant to manage frontline reception services and provide a positive experience for patients and visitors. The role involves assisting with patient registration, appointments, admissions, billing, enquiries, and general customer service while ensuring accurate patient information and charges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register patients and ensure patient information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage appointments, admissions, discharges, and billing arrangements.
• Ensure all services and charges are captured accurately.
• Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Liaise with insurance providers and assist with referrals when required.
• Handle incoming calls and transfer enquiries to the appropriate department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Communication or related field.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable working and communicating with people.
