• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, and social media.
• Provide product details, pricing, and order updates.
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases.
• Process and check customer orders accurately.
• Maintain sales records and customer database.
• Handle customer issues related to orders, delivery, or products.
• Keep all records well-organized.
• Assist with daily boutique operations and other related tasks.
• Maintaining a positive sales relationship to ensure future sales.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
