About The Née Vintage Store

Located in the heart of Chinatown, The Née Vintage Store is a shop specialising in vintage, second-hand designer goods. We carry a variety of brands and items, ranging from luxury bags to accessories and even a selection of homeware. If you're interested in fashion, luxury retail, e-commerce, or business operations, this internship offers hands-on experience across multiple aspects of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day operations of our retail boutique.
• Assist customers by providing a friendly and welcoming in-store experience.
• Prepare and upload product listings to our website and online marketplaces.
• Ensure product descriptions, measurements, pricing, and photos are accurate.
• Help organise and maintain store displays and inventory.
• Assist with stock processing, packing, and operational tasks.
• Support social media content creation when required, including occasional appearances in photos or videos.
• Take on additional projects and operational duties as needed.

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people.
• Is organised, responsible, and pays close attention to detail.
• Learns quickly and is willing to take initiative.
• Works well both independently and within a team.
• Has an interest in fashion, luxury brands, retail, or e-commerce.
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Communicates confidently in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
• Is able to commit to working on weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
