Job Summary

The Technical Product Executive is responsible for providing technical support, assisting with product testing and implementation, supporting AI and product improvements, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Assist with product testing, QA/UAT, and system implementation.
• Support AI feature testing and product enhancements.
• Communicate with clients and provide product training when required.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Work closely with the Product, Development, and Operations teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one (1) year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
