Job Title: Account Executive (Finance / Accounts)Location: Port Klang/ Klang area

• Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support external auditors during annual audits.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all financial transactions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (marine/logistics industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR processes, ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software SQL will be advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
