Process Analyst (Junior/Senior)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Analyst to support process improvement and operating model initiatives across APAC. You will analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and work with business and technology teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Design and document future-state processes.
• Create process maps using BPMN or similar tools.
• Identify impacts to people, processes, and systems.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops with stakeholders.
• Work with business and IT teams to implement process changes.
• Use automation and AI tools to improve process documentation and analysis.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in process analysis or process improvement.
• Strong experience in process mapping using BPMN or similar.
• Experience delivering process optimization or transformation projects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
