Job Summary:

Are you passionate and knowledgeable about manufacturing, process improvement, and turning plans into results? Join JF Tech and play a key role in optimizing production operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring on-time delivery as Manufacturing and Process Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows and improve effectiveness to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets.
• Create and maintain production schedules to optimize workflows and minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business objectives.
• Track production performance metrics and inspect rejects to identify root causes and implement rapid corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance production efficiency through lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma projects.
• Communicate production plans and updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate decision-making.
• Establish and update standard work instructions, process failure mode & effects analysis (PFMEA), control plans or any related documents.
• Respond to machine error alerts and operator maintenance requests.
• Execute additional tasks as required to support the operational needs of the team.

Job Requirement:

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience as Manufacturing / Production / Process Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of DOE, OEE, Kaizen, Kanban, Lean manufacturing, 5S, Poka-yoke.
