About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our agile and growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our technical direction, collaborating closely with the frontend team to build and maintain high-performance, user-facing web applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly interactive, performant, and SEO-friendly web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product teams and UI/UX designers using Figma and our Design System to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences from concept to launch.
• Provide engineering estimates for new features, assist in project scoping, and support technical resource planning.
• Establish and maintain application performance monitoring (APM) and logging systems (e.g., Sentry, Datadog) to ensure reliability and visibility.
• Define and document technical architecture, conduct trade-off analyses for new frameworks or tooling, and manage technical debt reduction.
• Work closely with the backend team to optimize data retrieval for a fast and responsive user experience.
• Conduct thorough PR reviews, uphold code quality standards, and promote frontend best practices.
• Mentor and upskill junior engineers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
• Contribute to the engineering culture by staying current with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

• Min 4-6 years of professional experience with React.js
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with frontend rendering strategies: SSR, SSG, ISR
• Expertise in semantic HTML and modern CSS
• Well-versed in the Node.js ecosystem
• Deep understanding of web best practices: SEO, Core Web Vitals, security
• Experience integrating secure user authentication flows (JWT, OAuth 2.0)
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or leading teams
