• Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare necessary reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements for service operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory related to service operations.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Service Operations Executive Should Have

• Experience in service operations, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
