We're Hiring: Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

Are you passionate about Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and solving complex IT challenges?

We're looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team and help deliver secure, reliable, and modern workplace solutions for enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions, including:

• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Manage Microsoft 365 administration, security, licensing, and compliance.

Configure and manage:

• Conditional Access
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Purview

Perform tenant health checks and proactively optimize Microsoft 365 environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues (L2/L3 support).

Lead Microsoft 365 migration projects to deloy Business Premium and ME5 ,Microsoft 365.

Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting.

Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and recommend Microsoft 365 best practices.

Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during projects and major incidents.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering

Strong knowledge of:

• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• Entra ID
• Intune
• Microsoft Defender
• PowerShell

Experience with Microsoft 365 migration tools and hybrid environments.

Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance solutions.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified:

• Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
• Messaging Administrator Associate
• Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Security Administrator Associate
