About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a hunter-focused role for someone who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits, client presentations, and business meetings.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in a hunter or business development role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct outdoor sales activities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an added advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage.
