- Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair of machines such as pumps, motors, control valves and cylinder.
- Proactive in issue rectification and bring forward any innovative solutions to address operation issue, reliability improvement, cost and energy improvement.
- Assist Engineer and Section Head to do trouble shooting, investigations, reporting and keep the system and/or processes full compliance to the procedures.
- Support production activities at all times by ensuring minimum response times to equipment breakdowns and achievement of equipment availability targets.
- Required to do other maintenance work such as general repair and electrical works.
- Keep track of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part/inventory control.
- Responsible to day to day electrical/machinery maintenance and repair works.
- Ensure all documentation and data is complete, accurate and current.
- Work together with production and other departments to support Company's operations.
- Any other ad hoc duty given by section head.

-Must have experience working in 24 hours manufacturing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
