Manage all matters related to foreign workers, including permit and passport renewals, onboarding, documentation, hostel management, medical arrangements, and liaison with government authorities (Immigration, JTK, and other agencies).
Coordinate employee hostel administration, including room allocation, inspections, occupancy records, and compliance with company housing standards.
Assist in monthly payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, and payroll-related records.
Monitor employee attendance, annual leave, medical leave, and absenteeism to ensure accurate HR system updates.
Coordinate employee medical check-ups, food handler training, typhoid vaccination, and other statutory training requirements.
Organise internal and external training programmes, maintain training records, and process HRD Corp (HRDF) training claims.
Support employee relations by preparing HR documentation, handling disciplinary matters, issuing warning letters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Prepare HR documentation for audits, including SMETA, FSSC, and other compliance requirements.
Organise employee engagement activities such as annual dinners, festive celebrations, sports events, and other company programmes.
Prepare HR memos, reports, schedules, and other administrative documents as required.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Positive attitude, self motivated, responsible and able to work within dateline
Able to perform multi-tasking and able to work independently
