Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (must have transportation)

Salary: RM2,100 Basic + RM200 Attendance Allowance

Job Highlights

Working Hours

Rotational shifts:

• 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle customer payments accurately using the cash register.
• Scan and process customers' purchases.
• Issue receipts and process cash, card, and other payment methods.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
• Apply discounts, promotions, and coupons where applicable.
• Bag or gift-wrap purchased items when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
• Ensure all daily cash transactions are recorded accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as a cashier or in customer service is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Malaysian citizens aged 19–35 years.

Employment Details

• 12-month contract.
• Renewal or contract-to-permanent opportunity based on performance.
