Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team by planning, assigning, and directing tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production machines and processes, including staff performance, to improve efficiency and output.
• Identify issues in production, find root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with quality control and work to reduce rejected products.
• Participate in improvement projects to achieve company goals like productivity, quality, and cost savings.
• Train new and existing operators on production processes and provide refresher training as needed..
• Supervise staff discipline and ensure compliance with company rules and SOPs.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Department to minimize machine downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field
• At least 1 years experience in manufacturing / QC environment (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of quality control processes and tools
• Able to read technical drawings and specifications
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
