• To oversee the activities of QC in inspecting incoming material and packaging material to ensure adherence to company quality specification.
• Ensure daily quality inspections are done for all in process goods and finished products in line with established quality standard.
• Approving or hold raw materials with respect to quality and food safety standards and provide supplier performance data.
• Approving or hold finished product with respect to quality and food safety standards and provide rejection data.
• To ensure proper control of non conforming raw material, promptly notify and information feedback and follow up.
• Conduct local supplier audit and guide and monitor local supplier to close the non conformance
• Monitor on developing on raw material and direct contact packaging material specification by assessing production and customer requirements.
• To ensure proper control of non conforming product and feedback to customer’s complaint and rejections
• To ensure immediate action is taken by related department when there is rejection from customer.
• To verifying the effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions to eliminate reoccurrence.
• To prepare customer specification by calibrate and assessing customer requirements.
• Conduct product testing and shelf-life study according the verification plan / schedule/ new item.
• Assist in product recall responding action whenever happened.
• Plan and initiates program on best practices internally to improve the quality of the product.
• Plan and initiates flow that could improve efficiency and effectiveness of Quality Check.
• Manage QC department manpower allocation.
• To mentor and supervise QC in day to day job and to ensure direct reports understand their duties and provide guidance for completing tasks.
• Supervise and monitor the qc reporting apps until end user (supplier).

Location : Telok Gong, Port Klang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
