Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite systems
• Committed, energetic, and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada); experience with Shopify is a plus
• Basic B2C e-commerce knowledge
• Minimum 1-2 years experienced; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibility

• Operational fulfilments on e-commerce platforms and maintaining SLA
• Marketplace and website management
• Managing individual shops on marketplaces
• Planning and executing monthly EDM
• Optimizing and executing Marketplace/Digital Ads
• Assisting on e-commerce campaigns; improving pain points
• Preparing monthly reports
• Assisting marketing efforts
