Property Maintenance & Technical Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Property Maintenance & Technical Supervisor to oversee maintenance works for residential properties under our management. You will be responsible for coordinating repairs, supervising contractors, conducting property inspections, and ensuring owners' properties are well maintained and serviced to a high standard.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance requests while delivering excellent service to property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance requests for residential properties under our management.
• Conduct property inspections to identify repair, maintenance, and improvement requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, technicians, and service providers.
• Arrange quotations, evaluate repair solutions, and recommend cost-effective options to property owners.
• Monitor repair works and ensure completion according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Handle maintenance issues related to:
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing and water leakage issues
• Air-conditioning systems
• Appliances and fixtures
• Lighting systems
• Minor renovation and repair works
• General property defects
• Perform site visits to inspect work quality and resolve technical issues.
• Communicate with property owners regarding maintenance updates, recommendations, and completion status.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance requests, quotations, invoices, and completed works.
• Build and maintain good relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance matters and coordinate emergency repairs when required.
• Hands-on experience with residential property repairs and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repair works.
• Able to coordinate and supervise contractors effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
