We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team at the Kuala Lumpur branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating insurance-related information into the company’s system, preparing documents, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Location: Jalan TTDI Grove 1/1, 43000 Kajang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately key in and update client and insurance data into the system.
• Verify information and ensure all data entries are complete and error-free.
• Prepare, print, and organize insurance-related documents for clients.
• Maintain proper filing and record management of documents.
• Liaise with agents, customers, and internal teams when necessary.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Handle all information and records with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field (Degree holders are welcome to apply).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and accurate in data entry.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
