Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender submissions for M&E and construction projects.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and cost analyses based on project drawings, specifications, and tender requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare and certify subcontractor progress claims, variation orders (VOs), interim payments, and final accounts.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to
• Monitor market pricing, material cost trends, and industry developments to support competitive tendering and budgeting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tendering and project quantity surveying, preferably in the construction and/or M&E industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight tender deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
