Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Intern to support our Quality Assurance team. The intern will assist in maintaining product quality standards, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in quality processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Support data collection for quality analysis and reporting.
• Help in documenting inspection results and ensuring proper records are maintained.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance tracking of measuring equipment.
• Support quality engineers in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Help with internal audits and compliance checks based on ISO standards.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures and work instructions.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of quality control tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, 7 QC tools) is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a manufacturing or production setting.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
