Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Procurement team in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
• Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Assist in price comparisons and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Support filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks related to procurement activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and work in the manufacturing / engineering / construction industry.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
