Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
• Help organize and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
