Position : Senior Business Analyst (Technical )

Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 7,000

Location : Uptown Damansara, PJ

Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst who bridges business needs and technical execution. This role requires a strong technology-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications while working closely with developers, architects, and product teams. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who understands both business processes and system design.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with developers, QA, architects, and product teams throughout the SDLC
• Analyze system impacts including data flows, APIs, integrations, and architecture dependencies
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define and refine solutions
• Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Prepare process flows, use cases, and system documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint delivery activities
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization
• Support cloud-based initiatives and digital transformation efforts

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Familiarity with application architecture and software design principles
• Experience working closely with development and technical teams
• Knowledge of C# and Python is required
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with ERP or SaaS implementations is an advantage
• Exposure to AI or data-driven projects is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
