• Prepare, edit, and finalize customer artwork according to production requirements.
• Review artwork, designs, and order details to ensure accuracy before production.
• Prepare and manage jobsheets and related order documentation.
• Maintain and update customer order records and production masterlists.
• Coordinate with the Production and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Liaise with customers and agents regarding artwork, order status, and revisions.
• Follow up on pending, urgent, and hold orders to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all artwork and documents comply with company quality standards.
• Organize and maintain artwork files and administrative records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
