About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and help build and maintain robust, scalable applications. You'll work across the full stack, contribute to data-driven systems, and integrate modern AI tooling into everyday development. This role suits someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives with minimal supervision, and cares about writing clean, well-structured code.

What You'll Do

* Design, develop, and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end.

* Build and optimise data models and queries against relational databases.

* Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following sound engineering practices.

* Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

* Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into reliable software.

Requirements

* Proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.

* Solid programming experience with Python.

* Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.

* Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, or Gemini.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.

* 2–5 years of professional software development experience.

* Strong fundamentals in software engineering, data structures, and design patterns.

* Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

* Self-motivated, well-organised, and highly disciplined, able to manage priorities independently.

Nice to Have

* Flutter mobile development experience.

* ⁠Next.js / React.js development experience.

* Experience with Docker and containerisation.

* Experience with cloud platforms or CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
