Position : Technical Executive – Facilities Management

Department : Facilities Management / Building Management

Reports To :Building Manager / Area Manager

Responsibilities :

To oversee, coordinate and ensure the smooth operation, maintenance and upkeep of the building’s facilities, mechanical and electrical systems, equipment and common areas. The Technical Executive is responsible for ensuring that all technical maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards, statutory requirements and client expectations. The Technical Executive is also responsible for preparing accurate and timely technical, maintenance, inspection and incident reports, as well as providing regular updates and recommendations to the Building Manager / Area Manager.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities management, property management or M&E operations.
• Experience in managing residential, commercial or mixed-development properties will be an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
