Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and berthing in compliance with port and maritime regulations.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and related paperwork.
- Communicate with port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in planning and scheduling vessel movements, cargo handling, and crew changes.
- Support customs documentation and clearance processes for vessels and cargo.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, and local and international maritime regulations and environmental standards.
- Handle documentation such as Bills of Lading, Manifests, OKTB, and Invoices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the shipping industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
