Role and Responsibilities:As a Backend Web Application Software Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems for our web applications using the latest technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
• Optimize and scale backend services to support our growing user base and evolving business needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following established coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Technical Requirements:To excel in this role, you should have:

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend web application development.
• Proficiency in the .NET framework and C# for building robust and scalable applications.
• Strong experience with database design and optimization using MySQL or similar relational database systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and integration.
• Solid understanding of software development principles including version control, testing, and debugging.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker for deployment and scaling.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
