About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Junior Executive to support our daily logistics and freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor deliveries and vendor performance to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, Hazmat, and transportation (DOT) requirements.
• Support daily and weekly demand and supply planning activities.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and other internal teams.
• Work closely with customers, overseas agents, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer service, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Manage returns and shipment refusal cases.
• Provide backup support to the Customer Service team when required.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with customers through proactive and professional communication.
• Handle customs clearance and prepare the required documentation.
• Complete operational logs, forms, and related paperwork accurately.
• Review weekly performance reports and support quarterly performance targets.
• Investigate and resolve issues raised by customers, carriers, and clients, and provide timely follow-up.
• Prepare billing and invoicing accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
• Experience in end-to-end logistics operations is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel when required.

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Alternate Saturday (Halfday Morning)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
