Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor electrical repairs and replacements, including fixtures, switches, outlets, and lighting systems, to support continuous operations.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards, defects, and maintenance needs.
• Maintain property safety standards and ensure a comfortable, compliant environment for all occupants.
• Respond promptly to urgent electrical failures and perform necessary troubleshooting and repair.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical code specifications to perform accurate installations and repairs.
• Order necessary parts and maintain inventory records to ensure availability and accountability.
• Accurately document all electrical work performed, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or any related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
