Join Citra Nusantara Sdn Bhd, a growing brand in catering, event management and ready-to-eat products. We committed to deliver quality food and exceptional service. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to support our expanding operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and process orders
• Follow up on order status and coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Warehouse & Logistics)
• Liaise with central kitchen and operation team to ensure smooth event execution
• Maintain accurate order records, reports and documentation
• Follow up with clients on orders, payments and feedback
• Assist in preparing proposals and customized catering packages
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned by superiors or management team on an ad-hoc basis

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales admin or customer service (F&B/catering experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Well-organized, proactive and detail-oriented
