Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the financial operations of our project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring smooth coordination with our ERP/SQL system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Maintain accurate financial records in the ERP/SQL system
• Reconcile orders, payments, inventory, and financial transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams on finance-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures
• Support audit and documentation processes

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of SQL/ERP or accounting systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and communication skills

• Experience with AR/AP
• Financial reporting
• Bank reconciliation
• Inventory reconciliation
• ERP/Accounting software experience
• SQL reporting knowledge is an added advantage

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
