Job Description

• Responsible for equipment capacity planning and calculating requirements for tooling, fixtures, and manpower.
• Prepare training materials; plan and implement employee training.
• Prepare various reports; plan and execute projects (including cross-departmental projects).
• Maintain "9S" standards on the production line and manage personnel discipline.
• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors; implement and communicate company policies and directives.
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (need to deal with Taiwan counterpart)
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply as well.
