We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join MEDANTS TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Selangor on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of our manufacturing, transport and logistics activities. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. This role is essential to our company's success, directly impacting productivity, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily operational activities, includding scheduling, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless workflow
• Manage and supervise operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
• Optimise processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimise waste across all operational functions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies throughout all operations
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and transport teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services
• Identify and implement process improvements, utilising data analysis and operational best practices
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management
• Liaise with cross-functional departments to align operational objectives with broader business goals
• Respond to operational challenges and implement solutions to maintain business continuity

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
