Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Team Leader to supervise daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, and the ability to manage and motivate the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise outlet staff during daily operations
• Ensure smooth restaurant service and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
• Assist in staff training and development
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations
• Assist Supervisor/Management with inventory and stock control
• Ensure company SOPs and service standards are followed

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Food & Beverage industry
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and team player
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
