About the Company

We are a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of our client, an established branding and consumer products company based in Batu Caves.

As the business continues to expand across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other online platforms, they are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their growing E-Commerce team.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or have some experience, comprehensive training will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations and order enquiries.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team.
• Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle after-sales enquiries, returns and customer feedback professionally.
• Assist in updating product listings, promotions and online store information when required.
• Support daily e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Prepare simple daily and monthly reports.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with Customer Service, Retail, Sales Support or E-Commerce experience are welcome
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada is an added advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
